甘肃省不同产地和品种金银花的综合质量评价

Comprehensive quality appraisal of flower buds of different Lonicera japonica varieties cultivated in different areas

【目的】探明8个不同品种金银花在甘肃省5个不同主产区的综合质量差异。【方法】利用HPLC和分光光度计对金银花中主要活性物质含量以及抗氧化能力进行测定,采用模糊综合评价法对其进行综合质量评价。【结果】不同产地和品种间金银花中主要活性物质(绿原酸、木犀草苷、可溶性糖、总黄酮和酚类)含量和抗氧化能力(DPPH抑制率和FRAP值)存在较大差异,其中,永靖县7个不同品种中,北花一号绿原酸、可溶性糖和总酚类含量及FRAP值最高;5个主产区的8个金银花品种中,北花一号在通渭县和永靖县综合评价值较高,分别达到0.71和0.64。【结论】北花一号综合质量最佳,较适宜于甘肃省种植栽培。该研究结果将为甘肃省乃至西北地区金银花高效大规模种植栽培提供科学依据和有益参考。

【Objective】The study was conducted to find out the difference in comprehensive quality among 8 different Lonicera japonica varieties from 5 different cultivation areas.【Method】The contents of main bioactive compounds and antioxidant capacity were determined by using HPLC and spectrophotometry,and the comprehensive quality was appraised by the method of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method(FCAM).【Result】There were significant differences in the contents of main bioactive compounds(e.g.chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,soluble sugar,total flavonoids and phenolics)and antioxidant capacities(DPPH scavenging activity and FRAP value)among different varieties and cultivation areas.Of 7 varieties cultivated in Yongjing,the variety‘Beihua Yihao’had the highest contents of chlorogenic acid,soluble sugar and total phenolics as well as FRAP value.Among 8 varieties cultivated in 5 main areas,the variety‘Beihua Yihao’at Tongwei and Yongjing counties had a higher comprehensive appraisal value(D value),which were 0.71 and 0.64,respectively.【Conclusion】The variety‘Beihua Yihao’had the highest value of comprehensive quality,which hence is suitable for cultivation in Gansu province.These findings could provide scientific and useful references for highly efficient large-scale cultivation of L.japonica in Gansu,as well as other regions of Northwest China.
