摘要
为了解决三江引航道底高程与2#船闸门槛高程不匹配的问题,有效提升枯水期葛洲坝船闸通过能力,有必要实施葛洲坝三江下引航道扩能工程。鉴于葛洲坝船闸当前已处于饱和运行状态,为减少工程施工可能对通航造成的负面影响,在充分调研的基础上提出3套较具代表性的施工方案,并进行深入论证。结果表明,如综合考虑方案实施对施工水域通航安全影响、对船闸通过能力影响、施工工期等因素,全围堰干地施工方案优势明显;如侧重于考虑施工对沿江经济社会运行的影响,湿地施工方案则更具可行性。
To solve the problem that the mismatch between the bottom elevation of Sanjiang approach channel and the threshold elevation of No.2 ship lock,it is necessary to implement the promotion construction project of Sanjiang downstream channel at Gezhouba Dam.The project can effectively improve the throughput of ship locks of Gezhouba Dam in dry season.Considering that ship locks of Gezhouba are currently in saturated operation,we propose three representative construction schemes on the basis of full investigation to reduce the possible negative influences of project construction on navigation,and proof in detail.The results show the all-cofferdam dryland construction scheme is the best one in no doubt if taking into account of various factors such as navigation safety and capacity,construction schedule and so on,while the wetland construction scheme is conversely the best one to uninterrupt the economic and social life along the Yangtze River.
