摘要
为减轻“粘釜”现象,延长聚合釜的运行周期,从供料、出料、聚合反应、设备维护等方面对氯乙烯聚合工艺进行了改进,使聚合釜运行周期平均延长35釜左右。
In order to reduce the fouling and prolong the operation period of polymerizer,the poly-merization process of vinyl chloride was improved from the aspects of feed,discharge,polymerization,e-quipment maintenance,etc.Thus,the operation period of the polymerizer was extended by about 35 batches on average.
