摘要
分析研究了不同牌号聚乙烯醇类分散剂对有机过氧类引发剂乳液稳定性的影响,以及不同分散剂加人量对PVC悬浮聚合用有机过氧类引发剂乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明:①醇解度越高,聚乙烯醇分散剂的应用效果越好。高、低醇解度复配分散体系的效果优于单一醇解度分散体系,尤以PVA-6089/PVA-L-8分散体系最优;②PVA-6089/PVA-L-8分散体系中PVA-L-8最优加人占比为2.5%,PVA-6089最优加人占比为2%;③复合分散体系的分散能力和保胶能力优于单一醇解度分散体系,更有利于长期保持乳液的稳定状态,防止乳液粒子合并、团聚等现象发生,最优选的组合是醇解度为99%的聚乙烯醇和醇解度为72%聚乙烯醇。
The effects of different PVA dispersants on the stability of organic peroxide initiator emulsion and the effects of different dispersant addition on the stability of organic peroxide initiator emul-sion for PVC suspension polymerization were analyzed and studied.The results showed that:①The higher the alcoholysis degree,the better the application effect of PVA dispersant.The composite disper-sion system of high and low alcoholysis degree PVA was superior to the single PVA dispersion system,es-pecially the PVA-6089/PVA-L-8 dispersion system;②The optimal proportion of PVA-L-8 and PVA-6089 in PVA-6089/PVA-L-8 dispersion system was 2.5%and 2%respectively;③The dis-persion ability and gel retention ability of the composite dispersion system were better than those of the single PVA dispersion system,which was more conducive to maintaining the stability of emulsion for a long time and preventing the phenomenon of emulsion particles merging and agglomeration.The most preferred combination was polyvinyl alcohol with an alcoholysis degree of 99%and polyvinyl alcohol with an alcoholysis degree of 72%.
