摘要
某公司PVC聚合装置日常检查过程中,发现氯乙烯供料回收系统回收压缩机的二级分离器进口管道腐蚀并泄漏。针对此状况,研究了腐蚀泄漏的原因。结果表明:氯乙烯回收气中含有的氯化氢、水导致了碳钢设备和管道在酸性环境中发生电化学腐蚀,压缩机出口部位的冲刷作用加剧了腐蚀。在此基础上,提出了相应的工艺和技术改进措施,为今后装置的维护改造提供思路和积累经验。
During the daily inspection of a PVC polymerization unit of a company,it was found that the inlet pipe of the secondary separator of the vinyl chloride recovery compressor was corroded and leaked.In view of this situation,the causes of corrosion leakage were studied.The results showed that the hydrogen chloride and water contained in the recycled vinyl chloride gas led to the electrochemical corrosion of carbon stel equipment and pipelines in the acidic environment,and the corrosion was aggra-vated by the scouring effect at the compressor outlet.On this basis,the corresponding process and techni-cal improvement measures were proposed to provide ideas and accumulate experience for the maintenance and transformation of the device in the future.
