我国社会在不断地发展和进步,城市的经济发展也在快速地提高,建筑行业的发展也有了明显的提升,工程的项目数量以及规模也比之前有了明显的增加.工程造价作为工程建设管理的重要组成部分,造价管理需贯穿于整个设计、施工和实施过程.为提升项目价值为目标,使用全过程造价管理可以有效缓解传统造价管理中的问题.做好各要素的综合分析,对可能出现的情况进行动态防控,发挥全过程造价管理效果.本文分析了建设工程造价管理的现状,并探讨了工程造价全过程控制点及其在工程造价中的应用.

China’s society is constantly developing and progressing,the economic development of cities is also improving rapidly,the development of the construction industry has also been significantly improved,and the number and scale of projects have also increased significantly compared with previous ones.Engineering cost is an important part of engineering construction management,and cost management needs to run through the entire design,construction and implementation process.In order to improve the value of the project,the use of whole-process cost management can effectively alleviate the problems in traditional cost management.It is necessary to perform well in the comprehensive analysis of each element,carry out dynamic prevention and control of possible situations,and play the effect of cost management in the whole process.This paper analyzes the current situation of construction engineering cost management,and discusses the cost control points in the whole process of engineering and its application in engineering cost.
