摘要
随着我国经济社会的发展,新的生产技术的出现与运用,我国目前的建筑业已发生了很大的变革.特别是将BIM技术运用于建筑工程管理中,使建筑工程的质量得到了极大的改善.目前,BIM技术在建筑工程管理中的运用还存在着许多问题,给工程建设和工程质量带来了很大的影响.本文主要通过阐述BIM技术概念及核心,分析BIM技术在工程管理中的优势和意义,重点探究BIM技术在工程中的应用策略,得出BIM技术在工程全周期过程中发挥重要作用,对提高建筑工程质量有重要意义.
With the development of China's economy and society,and the emergence and application of new production technology,China's current construction industry has undergone great changes.In particular,the application of BIM technology in construction engineering management has greatly improved the quality of construction engineering.At present,there are still many problems in the application of BIM technology in construction engineering management,which has a great impact on engineering construction and project quality.This paper mainly analyzes the advantages and significance of BIM technology in engineering management by expounding the concept and core of BIM technology,focuses on the application strategy of BIM technology in engineering,and concludes that BIM technology plays an important role in the whole cycle process of the project and is of great significance for improving the quality of construction engineering.
