近年来,装配式建筑备受青睐,这种工期短、成本低、效率高的建筑类型已然成为建筑领域的发展重点.实践中,EPC管理模式十分常见,该模式的有效运用为保障建筑工程整体效益奠定了坚实基础.为此,本文以装配式建筑经济效益为研究对象,对基于EPC管理模式的装配式建筑经济效益进行简单探讨.

In recent years,prefabricated buildings have been favored,and this type of building with short construction period,low cost and high efficiency has become the focus of development in the field of construction.In practice,the EPC management mode is very common,and the effective application of this mode has laid a solid foundation for ensuring the overall benefits of construction engineering.Therefore,this paper takes the economic benefits of prefabricated buildings as the research object and briefly discusses the economic benefits of prefabricated buildings based on EPC management mode.
