With the continuous progress of China’s economic system in recent years,the development speed of the construction industry has gradually accelerated,so the competition has become more intense.Based on this condition,some construction enterprises will gradually improve their professional ability in project management and adjust construction plans to further improve construction quality,thus posing competitive qualifications.This paper will analyze construction technology,project management and existing problems,and propose further solutions for reference.
