摘要 环境保护和能源节约是我国今后快速发展之根本,是各行业不断进步之方向,其重要性不言而喻.我国城镇化建设的发展,建筑业住房规模和类型正在发生变化.建筑企业面临的问题源于行业竞争,还包括宏观经济、文化和环境因素.建筑业具有高能耗、高污染的特点,是文明建设背景下的管理对象.从建筑行业来看,节能施工技术是严格按照建筑周期实施的,渗透到生命周期的各个阶段. Environmental protection and energy conservation are the foundation of China’s rapid development in the future and the direction of continuous progress of various industries,and their importance is self-evident.With the development of urbanization construction in China,the scale and type of housing in the construction industry are changing.The problems faced by construction companies derive from competition in the industry,and also include macroeconomic,cultural and environmental factors.The construction industry has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high pollution,which is the management object under the background of civilization construction.From the perspective of the construction industry,energy-saving construction technology is implemented in strict accordance with the building cycle and penetrates into all stages of the life cycle.
