With the development of economy,science and technology,as well as culture,people’s utilization rate of energy is increasing.With the needs of society and the continuous development of national policies,people pay more attention to the application of energy-saving technology.The real estate industry has faced greater challenges,a competitive market is forming,major enterprises must increase the application of building construction,energy-saving and environmental protection technologies according to their own actual conditions,so as to gain advantages in the competition.With the background of“green building”and the strong support from the Chinese government,this paper analyzes the energy-saving technology of housing construction in China,reflects on its significance and value,and puts forward corresponding strategies.
