电主轴故障特征及健康管理技术浅析

摘要 数控加工中心是一个集机械、电气、液压、气动于一体的复杂系统,各个子系统之间具有较强的耦合作用,一旦电主轴发生故障,将会影响其他子系统的正常运转,最终会导致整个机床停机.对电主轴实施一定的健康维护,可以保证电主轴处于健康状态,避免故障发生.然而,如果维护过于频繁则会影响正常的生产加工.文章针对数控加工中的痛点和需求,解决了数控加工环节的安全、效率等问题. Computer numerical control machining center is a complex system integrating mechanical,electrical,hydraulic and pneumatic systems,with strong coupling between each subsystem.Once the spindle failure occurs,it will affect the normal operation of other subsystems,and eventually lead to the shutdown of the entire machine tool.A certain amount of health maintenance for the spindle can ensure that the spindle is in a healthy state and avoid failure.However,if the maintenance is too frequent,it will affect the normal production process.This paper addresses the difficulty points and needs in computer numerical control machining and solves the problems of safety and efficiency in computer numerical control machining process.
