乡村振兴背景下边疆民族地区旅游合作社发展研究——以贡山县秋那桶村旅游合作社为个案

Development Path of Tourism Cooperatives in Frontier Ethnic Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization:Based on a Case Study of Qiunatong Village Tourism Cooperative in Gongshan County

建设乡村旅游合作社是推动边疆民族乡村旅游业发展的可行路径。贡山县秋那桶村成立乡村旅游合作社,推动了旅游业发展,增加了村民收入,取得了明显成效。但是,目前合作社仍面临旅游产业投入不足、旅游开发深度不够、特色文化有待开发、生态环境还需整治、专业管理人才奇缺等问题。边疆民族地区旅游合作社发展需要对接乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织“五大振兴”目标,提升旅游品质,提高服务质量,传承优秀文化,保护生态环境,建好管理队伍,增强旅游合作社的发展动能,通过旅游业的提质增效来实现乡村产业振兴的目标。

The construction of rural tourism cooperatives is a feasible way to promote the development of Ethnic Rural Tourism in border areas. The establishment of rural tourism cooperatives in Qiunatong village,Gongshan County has promoted the development of tourism,increased villagers’ income and achieved remarkable results. However,there are still some problems in cooperatives at present, such as insufficient investment in tourism industry, deficient depth of tourism development, special culture to be developed,ecological environment to be improved,and an extreme lack of professional management talents. This paper proposes that the development of tourism cooperatives in frontier ethnic areas should connect with the "five revitalization" objectives of rural industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization,improve tourism quality,advance service quality,inherit excellent culture,protect the ecological environment,build a good management team,enhance the development momentum of tourism cooperatives,so as to realize the revitalization goal of rural industry through tourism quality and efficiency.
