基于UiO-66光催化印迹复合膜的制备、表征及性能研究

摘要 以UiO-66膜为基底膜,四环素为目标污染物,利用分子印迹技术对UiO-66表面进行特异性修饰,赋予其具有识别四环素分子的功能,以此构建选择性光催化复合膜,探究最佳印迹比例,对复合方式进行研究,并结合XRD、FT-IR和UV-vis DRS对产品进行表征。实验结果:150%印迹位的UiO-66对四环素吸附性能最好;二氧化钛占比100%及二氧化钛包裹UiO-66材料的复合方式对四环素光催化降解性能最好;将二氧化钛通过抽滤负载在膜上的复合方式最好。XRD和FT-IR谱图证实,所得产品的分子结构和官能团无误;UV-vis DRS谱图表明,通过实验增强了产品的光吸收性能。 In this project,the surface of UiO-66 film was modified by molecular imprinting technology to give it the function of recognizing tetracycline molecules.The selective photocatalysis composite film was constructed to explore the best imprinting ratio and composite method.The product was characterized by XRD,FT-IR and UV Vis DRS.The results showed that the adsorption performance of 150% imprinted UiO-66 for tetracycline was the best.The photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline is best when the ratio of titanium dioxide is 100% and the composite mode of titanium dioxide coated UiO-66 is used.The best way is to load titanium dioxide on the membrane by suction filtration.XRD and FT-IR spectra confirmed that the molecular structure and functional groups of the products were correct.UV Vis DRS spectra showed that the optical absorption properties of the products were enhanced through experiments.
