摘要
在大数据时代,立足新冠疫情防控的现实图景,探索运用“翻转课堂”演绎服务于警务实战训练,是新时期公安教育训练必须正视和亟待解决的问题。目前,公安教育训练对“翻转课堂”教学模式的研究与探索不多,警务实战因其特殊性使得微课的制作更具挑战性,课堂的演示更具研讨性。针对警务实战训练对抗性、实操性和多变性等特点,结合“翻转课堂”教学模式推出前置式、体验式、情景式学习,将会促进“教、学、练、战”推陈出新,达成理论学习与实践操作高度融合,实现警务实战训练在层次和质量上的飞跃。
Based on the realistic picture of COVID-19 prevention and control,to explore the application of“flipped classroom”to serve the police practical training is an urgently solved problem in the era of big data. At present,there are few researches and explorations on the teaching mode of“flipped classroom”in public security education and training. And for the particularity of police practice,it makes the production of micro-lessons more challenging and more investigative. In view of the confrontational, practical and changeable characteristics of police practical training,combined with the“flipped classroom”teaching mode to launch pre-positioning, experiential and situational learning, it will promote the innovation of“teaching, learning, training and combat”, achieve a high degree of integration of theoretical learning and practical operation,and so as to realize a leap in the level and quality of police practical training.
