职业院校教师能力泛在发展体系的省域研究——以安徽省职业院校教师发展为例

A Provincial Study on the Ubiquitous Development System of Teachers’ Competence in Vocational Colleges——Taking the Development of Vocational College Teachers in Anhui Province as An Example

教师队伍是教育事业的第一资源。目前职业学校教师能力发展存在着多重矛盾。基于“协同、互助、共享、自驱”的教师能力泛在发展理念构建的“一平台支撑,五空间发展,三模式赋能,一评价驱动”的“政府主导、院所实施、域内共享”的中职教师能力发展泛在体系,可以快速推进“教师共育、团队共组、问题共研、方法共创、资源共建、课程共享”的教师能力发展共同体建设,通过“纠偏循环、星级发展、聚变效应”等策略,有效促进省域中等职业学校教师综合能力的提升。

Teachers is the most important resource of education. At present, there are many contradictions in the development of teachers’ competence in vocational colleges. Based on the ubiquitous development concept of“coordination,mutual assistance,sharing and self-driving”,the teachers’ competence development system of “government-led, institution-implemented and region-shared” is constructed, which can quickly promote the construction of teachers’ competence development community, and effectively promote the improvement of the comprehensive ability of teachers in provincial and regional vocational colleges.
