虚拟现实技术在踝关节康复训练场景规划中的应用

摘要 为了提高踝关节康复训练的效果,研究虚拟现实技术在踝关节康复训练场景规划中的应用。分析虚拟现实技术的特征图与应用原理,设计踝关节康复训练数据采集模块、虚拟现实(VirtualReality,VR)技术头盔与手柄的人机交互设备,通过样条曲线进行踝关节康复训练场景的运动建模,完成康复训练场景的规划。实验结果表明,本文方法能够对踝关节中训练难度较大的跖屈进行有效训练,显著扩大了跖屈转角范围,具有较高的用户满意度,具有一定的实际应用意义。 In order to improve the effect of ankle rehabilitation training, the application of virtual reality technology in ankle rehabilitation training scenario planning was studied. Feature map and application principle of virtual reality technology were analyzed,ankle rehabilitation training data acquisition module and human-computer interaction equipment of Virtual Reality(VR) headset and handle were designed, motion modeling of ankle rehabilitation training scene was carried out through spline curve, and planning of rehabilitation training scene was completed. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively train the plantar flexor which is difficult to train in the ankle joint. The range of plantar flexor angle is significantly increased, and the user satisfaction is higher, indicating that the proposed method has certain practical application significance.
