基于关键帧提取的智慧机场安全视频监控系统

摘要 将现有监控系统应用智慧机场后发现,其存在关键对象查全个数少等问题,难以实现对机场安全的全面监控。基于此,设计基于关键帧提取的智慧机场安全视频监控系统。硬件部分,设置了摄像头、写摄像头寄存器、读摄像头寄存器等视频采集设备;软件部分,利用关键帧提取技术提取视频监控特征。根据提取到的颜色特征和局部二进制模式(Local Binary Patterns,LBP)纹理特征,实现智慧机场监控图像实时监控与危险预警。实验表明,该系统可以提高对关键对象的查全个数,实现对智慧机场的全方位安全监控。 After applying the existing monitoring system to the smart airport, it was found that there were some problems such as the small number of key objects, which made it difficult to achieve comprehensive monitoring of airport security. Based on this, a smart airport security video monitoring system based on key frame extraction is designed. In the hardware part, video acquisition equipment such as camera, write camera register and read camera register are set;In the software part, key frame extraction technology is used to extract video surveillance features. According to the extracted color features and Local Binary Patterns(LBP) texture features, real-time monitoring and danger warning of smart airport monitoring images are realized. The experiment shows that the system can improve the number of key objects and realize the all-round security monitoring of the smart airport.
