摘要
针对国家净化纸质和电子出版物的需要,各高校图书馆筛查/下架有毒有害读物工作量大、专业要求高、工作周期长、信息易泄密和有害性认定困难,因此设计了有毒有害读物自动筛查及下架系统。软件为客户机/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构,上级教育主管部门为服务端,负责有害读物的认定和数据维护,各高校图书馆为客户端,从服务端读取样本数据,筛查并下架本馆有毒有害读物或上传疑似有害读物,数据库所有数据都经过算法加密。结果表明,系统保密性强、操作简单、执行高效。
To meet the needs of national purification of paper and electronic publication. The workload of retrieving/removing harmful readings of all university libraries is large, it has the characteristics of high professional requirements, long work cycle, easy leak of information, and difficult to identify whether it is harmful. Therefore, an automatic screening and removal system for toxic and harmful reading materials is designed. The software is a Client/Server(C/S) architecture, and government education administration department manage the server, responsible for the identification and data maintenance of harmful readings. Each university library is the client, its harmful readings sample data read from the server. Client retrieve and remove harmful readings from the library or upload suspected harmful readings, all data in the database are encrypted by algorithm. The results show that the system has strong confidentiality, simple operation and efficient execution.
