摘要
针对企业档案管理流程设计了基于浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构的企业电子档案管理系统。该系统对企业各类档案的采集、接收、检索、借阅以及注销进行流程化管理,可改善低效的企业档案业务操作和处理模式,减少在档案管理过程中的潜在风险,实现档案规范有效有序的管理。
An enterprise electronic archives management system based on Browser/Server(B/S) architecture is designed for the enterprise archives management process.The system carries out process management on the collection,reception,retrieval,borrowing and cancellation of various enterprise archives,which can improve the inefficient enterprise archives business operation and processing mode,reduce the potential risks in the archives management process,and realize the standardized,effective and orderly management of archives.
