摘要
“双碳”战略的实施,是中国应对全球变暖的一项重要措施。经济的超速发展使人们意识到生态环境保护的重要性,建筑作为高碳排放量行业,亟须改变发展模式,发展绿色节能建筑。绿色节能建筑有效改善了传统建筑能耗问题,节约资源,选择低碳环保建筑材料,降低对生态环境的影响。随着科技的发展,越来越多的先进技术被引入建筑领域。BIM技术作为一种三维模型技术,能对建筑全生命周期进行模拟,提高资源利用率,减少能源浪费;对建筑空间环境进行充分考量,改善生态环境,提高居住体验;协同动态监控功能,及时发现建筑施工缺陷,提高问题处理能力。BIM技术在保障建筑绿色节能标准的同时,完善施工方案,提高施工效率,及时消除安全隐患。由于BIM技术的应用时间较短,技术发展不成熟,存在对绿色环保认识片面、数据信息不完善、绿色节能建筑推广受限等问题,应用效果不佳。对此,需要不断突破壁垒,促进绿色节能建筑与BIM技术的融合,推动建筑行业的可持续发展。
The implementation of the "two carbon" strategy is an important measure for China to deal with global warming. The rapid economic development has made people realize the importance of ecological environmental protection. As a high carbon emission industry, construction urgently needs to change the development mode and develop green and energy-saving buildings. Green energy-saving buildings effectively improve the energy consumption of traditional buildings,save resources, select low-carbon and environmentally friendly building materials, and reduce the impact on the ecological environment. With the development of science and technology, more and more advanced technologies have been introduced into the field of construction. As a 3D model technology, BIM technology can simulate the entire life cycle of buildings, improve resource utilization,and reduce energy waste;fully consider the building space environment, improve the ecological environment, and improve living experience;collaborative dynamic monitoring function, timely discovery Building construction defects, improve the ability to deal with problems. BIM technology can improve the construction plan, improve construction efficiency, and eliminate potential safety hazards in a timely manner while ensuring the green energy-saving standards of buildings. Due to the short application time of BIM technology and immature technology development, there are problems such as one-sided understanding of green environmental protection, incomplete data and information, and limited promotion of green energy-saving buildings, and the application effect is not good. In this regard, it is necessary to constantly break through barriers, promote the integration of green energy-saving buildings and BIM technology, and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
