主磨耗板摩擦系数对斜楔动态特性及货车车辆动力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 斜楔是货车转向架中的重要部件,文中基于多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立了C_(80)重载货车动力学模型,研究斜楔主磨耗板摩擦系数对斜楔动态特性及货车车辆动力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:当摩擦系数为0.3时,空、重车状态下车辆的相对摩系数均处于适宜范围;摩擦系数对车辆垂向动力学指标有显著影响,而对其横向动力学指标影响相对较小。摩擦系数对空车车辆垂向动力学性能指标的影响规律基本呈线性变化,重车车辆垂向动力学性能指标随摩擦系数的增大呈现出先减小后增大的趋势。 The wedge in the bogie is the key component of freight train.Based on the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK,a dynamic model of C_(80) heavy-haul freight train is designed to study the influence of friction coefficient of inclined wedge main wear plate on the dynamic performance of freight train with given value of friction coefficient.The results show that when the friction coefficient is 0.3,the relative friction coefficients of both empty and heavy vehicles are within accepted range,and the friction coefficient has a significant effect on the vertical dynamic index of the vehicle,but has relatively little influence on the lateral dynamic index.The influence of friction coefficient on the vertical dynamic performance index of empty vehicle basically changes linearly,while the vertical dynamic performance index of heavy vehicle decreases at first and then increases with the increase of friction coefficient.
