基于正线状态监测技术的广州地铁4号线旋轮模式创新

摘要 文中以广州地铁4号线为例,阐明由于列车轮对磨耗发展趋势改变,考虑引进车辆运行品质在线监测系统进行运营列车轮对参数的实时测量、采集和分析,再结合现有车辆轮对旋修方案,在保证列车运营安全的前提下,制定基于正线状态监测技术的广州地铁4号线轮对旋修新模式,达到延长轮对使用寿命、缩减人工作业成本、降本增效的目的。 Taking Guangzhou Metro Line 4 as an example,this paper expounds the change development trend of train wheel set wear,considering the introduction of online monitoring system of vehicle operation quality for real-time measurement,collection and analysis of wheelset parameters of operating trains,combined with the existing wheelset lathing scheme,under the premise of ensuring the safety of train operation,the wheel of Guangzhou Metro Line 4 is formulated based on the condition monitoring technology of main line for the new model of lathe repair,the purpose is obtained for prolonging the service life of wheelset,reducing the labor cost and reducing the cost then increasing efficiency.
