基于互联网的电液伺服教学实验台设计

摘要 电液伺服系统现在广泛的应用于很多领域,很多高校现在都开设有电液伺服控制相关课程。但目前现状是课程的教学普遍偏重于理论,学生在课程学习的过程中缺乏实践,导致电液伺服控制技术的教学效果不尽如人意。设计并实现了一种电液伺服教学实验台,它采用灵活多变的模块化设计思想,为实验教学系统功能可扩展性提供基础。而这种电液伺服实验台的造价是非常昂贵的,导致该类实验设备的配比普遍较低。为了避免学生扎堆实验,基于此该教学系统结合了网络远程控制技术,使学生做实验可以通过网络预约的方式有序实验。教师也可以在课堂上使用该实验设备的远程控制功能为学生做课堂演示,使课堂更生动,帮助学生课堂学习。 Electro hydraulic servo system is now widely used in many fields,many colleges and universities now have courses related to electro-hydraulic servo control.However,the current situation is that the teaching of the course generally focuses on theory,and students lack of practice in the course of learning,resulting in the teaching effect of electro-hydraulic servo control technology is not satisfactory.In this paper,a kind of electro-hydraulic servo teaching experiment platform is designed and implemented.It adopts the flexible and changeable modular design idea,which provides the basis for the expansibility of the experimental teaching system.The cost of this kind of electro-hydraulic servo test-bed is very expensive,which leads to the low proportion of this kind of experimental equipment.In order to avoid the students to pile up experiments,the teaching system based on the network remote control technology,so that students can do experiments in an orderly way through network reservation.Teachers can also use the remote control function of the experimental equipment to do classroom demonstration for students in order to make the classroom more vivid and help students learn in class.
