摘要
该文对某应急刹车活门输出压力波动现象进行分析,根据理论分析压力波动原因、计算压力波动范围和机上、厂内试验验证措施得出应急刹车活门输出压力波动原因及内部结构,计算压力波动范围,在设计飞机机轮刹车压力时,应在技术要求中设置合理的公差。
This paper analyzes the fluctuation phenomenon of the output pressure of the emergency brake valve of a certain type of machine.Based on the theoretical analysis of the causes of the pressure fluctuation,thecalculation of the range of pressure fluctuation and the in-machine and in-factory test verification measures,it is concluded that the reasons for the fluctuation of the output pressure of the emergency brake valve are positive overlap design and internal leakage that the product cannot completely avoid.According to the reasons and internal structure,calculate the pressure fluctuation range,in the design of aircraft wheel brake pressure,should set reasonable tolerance in the technical requirements.
