摘要
针对液压系统在实际运行中易出现系统恒定压力值不稳定这一故障现象,导致企业工程技术人员在分析查找原因排除故障时出现困难。在全面深入分析液压系统的组成部分以及各种各样系统回路原理的基础上,提出了液压系统压力不恒定的“三量”分析排除法并详细阐述了该方法的实用性,为企业的液压工程技术人员在分析此故障原因时提供参考。
This paper aims at the fault phenomenon that the constant pressure value of the hydraulic system is unstable in the actual operation,which makes it difficult for enterprise technicians to analyze and find out the causes and eliminate the faults.Based on the comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the components of the hydraulic system and the principles of various system circuits formed,the author puts forward the “three quantity” analysis and elimination method of hydraulic system pressure instability,expounds the practicability of this method in detail,and gives the cleaning ideas of hydraulic technicians in various enterprises when analyzing the causes of faults.
