摘要
随着物质生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品安全也提出了更高的要求。我国的食品安全监测体系中主要包括食品风险监测体系和监督抽检体系。这两个体系相辅相成、相互作用,保障了我国的食品安全。因此,本文立足于食品安全问题,分析了食品安全风险监测和监督抽检两个体系之间的联系与区别,并探讨了两大体系面临的问题,提出了有效的优化策略,以供参考。
With the continuous improvement of people’s material living standards,higher requirements have been put forward for food safety.In China’s food safety monitoring system,it mainly includes food risk monitoring system and supervision and sampling system.These two systems complement and interact with each other to ensure China’s food safety.Therefore,based on food safety issues,this paper analyzes the relationship and difference between the two systems of food safety risk monitoring and supervision and sampling,discusses the problems faced by the two systems,and puts forward effective optimization strategies for reference.
