食品监督抽样检测对食品安全监管的重要性分析——以眉山市彭山区为例

Analysis on the Importance of Food Supervision Sampling Inspection to Food Safety Supervision——Taking Pengshan District of Meishan City as an Example

2019年2月20日,彭山区市场监督管理局挂牌成立,整合了工商局、质监局、食药监局,并划入发改、商务部门的部分职能,开启了“大市场、大质量、大监管”的崭新时代,为规范“大市场”秩序作出了突出贡献。但近年曝光的“瘦肉精羊肉”“假冒鲜鸭血”以及“土坑酸菜”,都说明食品安全还存在着一定的问题。本文总结了食品安全监管存在的问题,阐述食品监督抽样检测对食品安全监管的重要性。

On February 20,2019,Pengshan District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau was established,integrating the Administration for Industry and Commerce,the Quality Supervision Bureau and the Food and Drug Administration,and included some functions of the development and reform and commercial departments,opening a new era of “big market,big quality,and big supervision”,and making outstanding contributions to standardizing the order of “big market”.However,the exposure of “lean meat and mutton”,“fake fresh duck blood”and “pickled vegetables” in recent years indicate that there are still some problems in food safety.This paper summarizes the problems existing in food safety supervision and expounds the importance of food supervision sampling inspection for food safety supervision.
