摘要
2022年山东省食品微生物质量安全水平有所提升,抽检发现的微生物不合格食品占总不合格产品的7.81%,涉及9类食品、5种微生物;其中菌落总数和铜绿假单胞菌超标的食品共占微生物不合格食品总量的68.57%,饮料(24批次)、餐饮食品(18批次)、糕点(8批次)三者占微生物不合格总量的74.63%,青岛市、德州市、烟台市、枣庄市、济南市和日照市占微生物指标总不合格数量的64.18%;全年微生物不合格比例第一季度最低(占全年的10.45%),第四季度比例最高(占全年的55.22%)。
The quality and safety level of food microorganisms in Shandong province were improved in 2022.The microbiological unqualified food found in the sampling inspection account for 7.81% of the total unqualified products,involving 9 kinds of food and 5 kinds of microorganisms.Among them,the total number of bacterial colonies and Pseudomonas aeruginosa that exceeded the standard accounted for 68.57% of the total number of microbiological unqualified foods,beverages(24 batches),catering food(18 batches) and pastries(8 batches)accounted for 74.63% of the total number of microbiological unqualified foods,and Qingdao,Dezhou,Yantai,Zaozhuang,Jinan and Rizhao accounted for 64.18% of the total number of microbiological unqualified foods.The proportion of microorganism unqualified in the first quarter of the year was the lowest(accounting for 10.45% of the total number in the whole year),and the proportion in the fourth quarter was the highest(accounting for 55.22% of the total number in the whole year).
