我国食品检测行业质量管理存在的问题及对策 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,国民经济稳定发展,民众生活质量有所提升。为满足民众日益增长的生活需求,食品类型和样式日益多样,食品安全问题也随之暴露出来。麦趣尔丙二醇事件、老坛土坑酸菜等事件屡见不鲜,对食品安全有较大的影响。针对食品安全问题频发的现象,食品检测行业为了能够保障食品质量及安全,逐渐加强对管理工作的重视。受多种因素的影响,我国食品行业质量管理中尚存在一些问题,导致我国食品检测行业质量管理发展受到限制。基于此,本文总结了食品检测行业质量管理的价值,分析了我国食品检测行业质量管理存在的问题,提出我国食品检测行业质量管理问题的解决对策。 In recent years,the national economy has developed steadily and the quality of people’s life has improved.In order to meet the growing living needs of the people,food types and styles are increasingly diverse,and food safety problems are exposed.The events of Laotan earthen pickle and Meyer propylene glycol are common,which have a great impact on food safety.In view of the frequent occurrence of food safety problems,the food testing industry has gradually strengthened its attention to management in order to ensure food quality and safety.Influenced by many factors,there are still some problems in the quality management of China’s food industry,which leads to the restriction of the development of the quality management of China’s food testing industry.Based on this,this paper summarizes the value of quality management in the food inspection industry,analyzes the problems of quality management in the food inspection industry in China,and puts forward solutions to the problems of quality management in the food inspection industry in China.
