Food testing is a work closely related to food safety and people’s health and safety.As an important barrier for food safety,it is necessary to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the test results,in order to provide a reliable basis for food quality and safety management,and achieve a good construction of safe food management environment.However,food testing is susceptible to many factors during the actual development,resulting in greater interference in the accuracy of test results,and can not play the real role of the work in food safety management.This paper analyzes the importance of food safety testing and the current development of the food testing industry,and discusses the specific factors affecting the accuracy of food testing,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the accuracy of food testing according to the actual needs,hoping to provide reference for the standardization and orderly development of food testing work,and effectively improve the level of food safety.
