Under the background of rapid economic development in China,people have gradually increased their attention to food safety,and they prefer green and organic food,which reflects the important social value and significance of food safety and quality work.At this stage,there are still some details of food quality and safety.In order to effectively control the quality of food in China,improve its safety and protect the personal rights and interests of consumers,relevant inspectors should analyze the details of food quality and improve the relevant management system.Based on this,this paper analyzes the relevant content,method flow and details of quality control of food inspection and detection,and puts forward countermeasures.
