摘要 随着国民生活质量的不断提升,人们对于各类型的食品需求日益剧增,进一步促进了食品行业的发展,使食品总量呈上升趋势,也为食品行业带来了严峻的考验。人们对食品质量和安全给予了更多关注,对食品的质量要求越来越高。食品企业只有严格进行规范化生产,才能保证食品的安全性。食品理化检测是检验食品安全的最有效方式,因此提升食品理化检测的精准度尤为关键。 With the continuous improvement of the national quality of life,people’s demand for various types of food is increasing sharply,which further promotes the development of the food industry and makes the total amount of food on the rise,and also brings a severe test for the food industry.People pay more attention to the quality and safety of food,and demand higher and higher quality of food.Food enterprises can only ensure the safety of food if they strictly carry out standardized production.The physical and chemical testing of food is the most effective way to test food safety,so it is especially critical to improve the accuracy of physical and chemical testing of food.
