摘要
本文为了解宜昌市夷陵区散装白酒质量状况并分析其风险点,汇总了2018—2022年夷陵区内生产、流通环节的1806批次散装白酒监督抽检数据结果并进行分析,共计43批次不合格产品,问题检出率为2.38%,不合格原因主要包括甜味剂、铅含量以及甲醇超标,结果表明该区域内散装白酒市场整体食品安全状况有所提升,但仍有一定食品安全风险,应进一步加强散装白酒的全过程监督,保障饮用安全。
In order to understand the quality of bulk Baijiu in Yiling District of Yichang city and analyze its risk points,this paper summarized and analyzed the results of supervision and sampling inspection of 1806 batches of bulk Baijiu in the production and circulation links in Yiling District from 2018 to 2022.There were 43 batches of unqualified products in total,and the problem detection rate was 2.38%.The main reasons for unqualified products were that sweeteners,lead content and methanol exceeded the standard,the results show that the overall food safety situation of the bulk Baijiu market in this region has improved,but there are still some food safety risks.The whole process supervision of bulk Baijiu should be further strengthened to ensure drinking safety.
