摘要
中式面点作为中华烹饪文化的重要组成部分,为人们提供了种类繁多、风味多样的各色面点美食。受到地理环境、风俗习惯等因素的影响,中式面点的成熟方式各不相同。基于此,本文在详细阐述中式面点各种成熟方法特点的基础上,结合具体中式面点制作的案例,探索不同成熟方式在中式面点烹饪中的应用策略,旨在为选择更营养健康、美味可口的成熟方式制作中式面点提供参考。
As an important part of Chinese cooking culture,Chinese pastry provides people with a wide range of different kinds of pastry food.Chinese pastry is affected by geographical environment,customs and other factors,and its mature ways are also different.Based on this,this paper,on the basis of elaborating the characteristics of various mature methods of Chinese pastry,combined with specific cases of Chinese pastry making,explores the application strategies of different mature methods in Chinese pastry cooking,aiming to provide reference for choosing a more nutritious,healthy,delicious and mature way to make Chinese pastry.
