摘要
随着人们健康理念的不断提升,食品安全成为了社会大众普遍关注的一个重要话题,而为了能够精准检测食品中各项金属元素的含量,就需要对食品检测技术的运用进行分析和优化。原子吸收法作为一种能够对食品中金属元素含量进行检测的技术,其具有检测精准度较高以及适用性较强等诸多优点,因此被广泛应用于各种食品检测。本文针对原子吸技术在食品金属元素含量检测中的运用进行了分析和探讨。
With the continuous improvement of people’s health concept,food safety has become an important topic of public concern.In order to accurately detect the content of various metal elements in food,it is necessary to analyze and optimize the application of food detection technology.As a technology that can detect the content of metal elements in food,atomic absorption spectrometry has many advantages,such as high detection accuracy and strong applicability,so it is widely used in the detection of various foods.This paper analyzes and discusses the application of atomic absorption technology in the determination of metal elements in food.
