摘要 近年来,各类食品安全事故频发,使得人们愈发关注食品安全。食品农药残留作为食品安全监督领域的首要管控问题,其检测工作的重要性不言而喻。样品前处理是食品农药残留检测过程中的关键环节,样品前处理环节选用的技术手段能直接影响到检测结果的准确性。长期食用农药残留量超标的食物会对人们的身体造成不可逆转的伤害,严重时甚至能够危及生命。为提高食品农药残留检测结果的准确性,应提高对样品前处理环节的重视程度,选用科学、合理的处理技术,在保障检测样品不受外界污染的前提下,提高样品检测速率。 In recent years,various kinds of food safety accidents have occurred frequently,making people pay more attention to food safety.As the primary control issue in the field of food safety supervision,the importance of detection of food pesticide residues is self-evident.Sample pretreatment is the key link in the detection of food pesticide residues,and the technical means selected in the sample pretreatment can directly affect the accuracy of the detection results.Long-term consumption of food with excessive pesticide residues will cause irreversible damage to people’s health,and even endanger life in serious cases.In order to improve the accuracy of the detection results of food pesticide residues,we should pay more attention to the pretreatment of samples,select scientific and reasonable processing technology,and improve the detection rate of samples on the premise of ensuring that the tested samples are not polluted by the outside world.
