胶体金免疫层析技术在农药残留检测中的应用

Application of Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography in the Detection of Pesticide Residues

食品安全问题是全球关注热点,近年来我国种植技术发展迅猛,农药的使用也逐步科学、规范,但仍旧无法避免食品中的农药残留问题,如何有效检测成为重难点。本文简要介绍胶体金免疫层析技术的应用原理及特点,并以克百威为例具体分析了胶体金免疫层析技术在农药残留检测中的应用,结果显示胶体金免疫层析技术操作便捷、检测结果准确,在农药残留检测中的应用效果优良。

Food safety is a hot topic of global attention.In recent years,China’s planting technology has developed rapidly,and the use of pesticides is gradually scientific and standardized,but it is still impossible to avoid pesticide residues in food,and how to effectively detect has become a key and difficult point.This paper briefly introduces the application principle and characteristics of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology,and specifically analyzes the application of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology in pesticide residue detection.The results show that colloidal gold immunochromatography technology is convenient to operate,has accurate detection results,and has excellent application effect in pesticide residue detection.
