摘要 “课程思政”作为新的教学理念已为全国各大高校专业课程改革所采纳,本文以高等职业院校园艺技术专业核心课程“园艺产品保鲜技术”为例,分析了该门课程思政建设工作的现状及主要存在的问题,详细阐述了课程思政建设的主要内容、实施效果及推广应用价值,以期为日后更好的开展园艺产品保鲜技术课程思政工作提供有力依据。 As a new teaching concept,“ideological and political education integrated in curriculum”has been adopted by major colleges and universities across the country for professional curriculum reforms.“Horticultural Product Preservation Technology”was taken as an example in this paper to analyze the current situation and main problems of ideological and political education of this course,as well as its contents,the implementation effect,and promotion and application value,in order to provide a reference for the ideological and political work of the horticultural product preservation technology course in future.
