身为与木创始人之一的王昊辰是土生土长的青岛人,家里老一辈不乏纺织从业者,她也因此与纺织结缘。2015年她放弃了在北京全球500强企业的工作,回到青岛与三位清华校友一起创办了与木家居。2019年,与木作为青岛的第一批原创设计工作室入驻纺织谷,正式成为“谷民”。“其实在入驻前,我们就曾多次参与过谷内的活动,比如青岛时装周与青岛时尚买手节等。
Wang Haochen,one of the founders of ANDWOOD TABLE,is a native of Qingdao,with a long line of textile workers in her family,which is perhaps why she has a special connection with textile since her young age.In 2015,she gave up her job at a Fortune 500 company in Beijing and returned to Qingdao to work with three schoolmates from Tsinghua University to set up a home brand,ANDWOOD TABLE.In 2019,as one of the first original design studios in Qingdao to move into Textile Valley,ANDWOOD TABLE officially becoming a"valley resident"."In fact,before moving in,we had participated in many events in the Textile Valley,such as Qingdao Fashion Week and Qingdao Fashion Buyers Festival.
