摘要
汽轮机危急遮断系统(ETS)是在紧急情况下迅速关闭汽轮机进汽阀门、切断汽轮机所有进汽的保护系统。黔北电厂4×300 MW机组ETS系统原采用莫迪康PLC控制器,运行年限已超过10年,本文以#3机组为代表,主要论述了该系统改造的原因、改造方案的选择、改造的实施过程和取得的效果。
The turbine emergency trip system(ETS)is a protection system that quickly closes the steam inlet valve of the turbine and cuts off all steam inlets of the turbine in case of emergency.Qianbei Power Plant 4×300 MW unit originally used Modicon PLC controller,which has been in operation for more than ten years.This paper,taking Unit#3 as the representative,mainly discusses the reasons for the transformation of the system,the selection of the transformation scheme,the implementation process of the transformation and the results achieved.
