摘要
作为重要的工业能源,煤质分析指标具备重大的需求和价值。煤炭中的非金属元素是影响煤炭热值的主要因素,其还与其它行业指标有着密切关系,因此,对煤炭资源进行有效利用和清洁生产十分重要。利用图像处理中的数学形态学和迭代权重最小二乘法,建立了一种利用形态学算法获得原始粗基线的基线修正算法;运用仿真频谱资料对此方法进行了检验,以评价基线的准确性和健壮性。实验证明,所提出的基线修正方法能够对基线漂移进行有效识别,并且具有良好的抗干扰性。
As an important industrial energy,coal quality analysis indicators have great demand and value.The non-metallic elements in coal are the main factors affecting the calorific value of coal.They are also closely related to other industry indicators.Therefore,they play a very important role in the effective utilization of coal resources and clean production.Based on the mathematical morphology and iterative weighted least square method in image processing,a baseline correction algorithm is proposed to obtain the original rough baseline using morphological algorithm.The method is tested with simulated spectrum data to evaluate the accuracy and robustness of the baseline.Experiments show that the proposed baseline correction method can effectively identify baseline drift and has good anti-interference performance.
