摘要
大容量锅炉在启动过程中通过其炉底加热系统提高锅炉汽包的初始壁温,达到节约锅炉启动用油和辅助蒸汽的目的。本文通过对锅炉水循环的热力分析,将现在的炉底加热系统进行优化和改造,提高了炉底加热效果,让炉底加热系统在实际运行中实现其功效,为电厂的经济运行创造条件。
During the start-up of large capacity boiler,the initial wall temperature of the boiler drum is increased by its bottom heating system to save the starting oil and auxiliary steam of the boiler.Through the thermodynamic analysis of the boiler water cycle,the current furnace bottom heating system is optimized and transformed to improve the furnace bottom heating effect,so that the furnace bottom heating system can achieve its effectiveness in actual operation,creating conditions for the economic operation of the power plant.
