摘要 为加强中国-巴基斯坦能源领域交流合作,助力中国企业投资参与巴基斯坦水光互补项目建设,有必要对巴基斯坦水光互补项目选址规划开展研究。分析了巴基斯坦的能源现状、水能及太阳能资源条件、电力系统现状、未来电力规划及电力需求等。结果表明:巴基斯坦水能资源和太阳能资源丰富、开发条件优越,且主要河流的梯级水电开发规划工作已有一定基础,具备开展大规模水光互补发电项目规划建设的条件。研究提出以已建水电站为“点”,河流水电规划为“线”,河流周边太阳能资源分布条件为“面”,三者相结合的水光互补项目选址规划思路,并提出两个水光互补推荐项目选址及未来重点推荐规划开发区域。 In order to strengthen the cooperation between China and Pakistan in the energy field and help China s energy enterprises to invest in the construction of the hydro-solar complementary projects in Pakistan,this research focused on the site selection planning of the hydro-solar complementary project in Pakistan.It analyzed Pakistan s current energy situation,hydropower energy and solar energy resource conditions,power system status quo,future power plan,and energy demand.The results showed that Pakistan was rich in hydropower resources and solar energy resources and had favorable development conditions.Moreover,the cascade hydropower station development plan of main rivers had a certain foundation,based on which the large-scale hydro-solar complementary power generation project can be planned and constructed.Also,the paper proposed a planning idea for the site selection of hydro-solar complementary projects,which combined the existing hydropower stations as the"point",the cascade hydropower station development plan of main rivers as the"line",and the distribution of solar energy resources around the river as the"surface".The site selection of two hydro-solar complementary projects and the future key recommended planning and development areas were proposed.
