摘要
为提高碾盘山水电站的厂用电供电系统可靠性,针对枢纽工程贯流机组自用电负荷大,供电可靠性要求高等特点,分析厂用电系统设计原则,计算厂用电最大负荷,总结出碾盘山水电站厂用电系统接线与运行方式:以10 kV和0.4 kV两级电压供电,采用机组自用电和全厂公用电混合的供电形式,厂用电母线采用0.4 kV分段环形接线,母线之间基于PLC实现备自投功能。实践证明,碾盘山电站的厂用电系统设计合理可行并安全可靠。
In order to improve the reliability of auxiliary power supply system of Nianpanshan Hydropower station,the design principle of auxiliary power system was analyzed and the maximum load of auxiliary power was calculated according to the characteristics of large self-power load and high demand for power supply reliability of tubular units in key project,the connection and operation mode of auxiliary power system of Nianpanshan Hydropower Station was summarized,which is supplied with 10kV and 0.4 kV voltage,and the power supply mode was mixed with the self-use power of the unit and the public power of the whole power plant,the auxiliary power bus adopts 0.4 kV segment ring connection,and the auxiliary automatic switch function was realized between the buses based on PLC.The practice proved that the auxiliary power system design of Nianpanshan Hydropower Station was reasonable,feasible,safe and reliable.
