铁路客站设备健康管理知识图谱构建与应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 知识图谱作为认知智能领域的主要技术,具有丰富的语义表示能力和灵活的数据关联结构。针对铁路客站设备以“人工维护、故障维修”为主的垂直化管理现状,基于知识图谱技术,构建铁路客站设备健康管理知识图谱,为设备智能化管理提供技术支撑。研究提出设备健康管理知识图谱架构及构建流程,选取京张高速铁路某客站各类设备作为研究对象,基于Protégé梳理分析设备相关本体并进行本体知识建模,结合客站设备多源信息实现对设备知识的抽取与融合处理,构建面向客站设备健康管理的领域知识图谱,并通过Neo4j进行图形化展示,以研究探索设备领域知识图谱在实际客站设备健康管理业务中的应用,进一步提高铁路客站设备管理水平,保障设备安全稳定运行。 As the main technology in the field of cognitive intelligence, knowledge graph boasts rich semantic representation capabilities and flexible data association structures. In view of the current vertical equipment management of railway passenger stations based on “manual maintenance and trouble shooting”, this paper adopted the knowledge graph technology to construct a knowledge graph for the equipment health management of passenger stations, and provided technical support for intelligent equipment management. Firstly, this paper proposed the knowledge graph architecture and construction process of equipment health management. Then, it selected various types of equipment in a passenger station of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway as the research object. Based on Protégé, it sorted out and analyzed the equipment-related ontology and carried out ontology knowledge modeling. And it extracted and integrated the equipment-related knowledge by reference to multi-source information on the equipment of passenger stations. Besides, this paper constructed the field knowledge graph for the equipment health management of passenger stations, and displayed it graphically through Neo4j. All these efforts were committed to exploring the application of the knowledge graph in the equipment field to the actual equipment health management business for passenger stations, thus further ensuring better equipment management of passenger stations and safe and stable operation of the equipment.
