南宋淳熙年间(1174-1189)一个重阳节的四更天,十八岁的孙三郎瞪着熬红的双眼,松了一口气一一这个不眠之夜总算过去了。他起身又翻了一遍行囊,一枚铜钱也没有了。孙三郎像往常一样麻利地打火做饭,匆匆填了肚子就离开米市桥下的客店,到西湖边的丰乐楼去干活。
Around 2 a.m.of the Double Ninth Festival in the Chunxi Period(1174-1189)of the Southern Song Dynasty,Sun Sanlang aged 18 comes to Fengle Restaurant near the West Lake to do his daily job.On that day he as the liquor measurer not only greets the guests in the restaurant but also delivers a takeout for the emperor.He is working hard all day long just to save money for his lover's birthday present.But he doesn't expect that a misunderstanding is waiting for him..
