Effects of different ring seal structures on rotor dynamic characteristics

摘要 为了研究不同形式密封结构对高速离心泵密封动力学特性的影响,通过数值计算的方法对环形密封、迷宫密封、轴向槽型密封3种不同形式的密封结构在相同边界条件下的泄漏量、刚度阻尼特性和密封内流特性等方面进行了研究。研究结果表明:迷宫密封的密封效果最好,环形密封次之,轴向槽型密封最差;轴向槽型密封的泄漏量比迷宫密封高出34%。然而,轴向槽型密封的主刚度系数和主阻尼系数较迷宫密封高出1倍以上,密封动力学特性最好;且轴向槽型密封可以减弱密封内部环流,减弱进口预旋速度。 In order to study the influence of different seal structures on the sealing dynamic characteristics of high-speed centrifugal pump,the leakage,stiffness damping characteristics and seal internal flow characteristics of three different seal structures annular seal,labyrinth seal and axial groove seal,under the same boundary conditions were studied.The research results show that the labyrinth seal has the best sealing effect,the annular seal is the second,and the axial groove seal is the worst,and its leakage is 34%higher than the labyrinth seal.However,the main stiffness coefficient and main damping coefficient of axial groove seal are more than twice that of labyrinth seal,and its dynamic characteristics are the best;and the axial groove seal can weaken the internal circulation of the seal and the inlet pre-rotation speed.
