摘要 为进一步提高复叠制冷系统的热力性能并满足环境保护的要求,对复叠制冷系统的关键技术进展进行了综述。重点整理并分析了制冷剂工质对的选择,总结了冷凝蒸发器和压缩机的选型和节能发展方向,指出采用虹吸制冷剂冷却压缩机电机和润滑油方法,其可使系统的COP值提高约5.76%,并对系统结构整体优化及回热器、喷射器对系统性能的影响进行论述,归纳了保证系统安全运行的措施,探讨了复叠系统和载冷系统相结合的复合制冷形式,指出通过提高载冷段的蒸发温度可进一步提高系统的运行效率,并展望了复叠制冷系统进一步发展和研究方向。 In order to further improve the thermodynamic performance of the cascade refrigeration system and meet the requirements of environmental protection,the key technology progress of cascade refrigeration system was summarized.Focus was laid on sorting out and analyzing the selection of refrigerant pairs,the type selection of condensing evaporator and compressor and the development direction of energy conservation were summarized,and the method of using siphoning refrigerant to cool compressor motor and lubricating oil was pointed out,which can increase the COP value of the system by about 5.76%.The overall optimization of the system structure and the influence of the regenerator and ejector on the system performance were discussed,the measures to ensure the safe operation of the system were summarized,the combined refrigeration form of the cascade system and the carrier cooling system was discussed,and it was pointed out that the operating efficiency of the system can be further improved by increasing the evaporation temperature of the carrier cooling section.Finally,the development and research direction of cascade refrigeration system were prospected.
