硬梁包水电站智慧电厂建设顶层设计研究

摘要 硬梁包水电站作为华能四川能源开发有限公司下属第一个百万级装机容量的水电站,开展智慧电厂建设的顶层设计研究工作以推动硬梁包水电站数字化、网络化、智能化发展,增强竞争力、创新力、影响力和抗风险能力。笔者旨在研究建立以智慧运行、智慧检修、智慧维护、智慧大坝、智慧水库、智慧水情、智慧安全、智慧仓储等为基础应用的水电智慧管理决策系统,实现“无人值班、远程控制、信息共享、管控一体、数字赋能、决策优化”的建设目标。 Yingliangbao Hydropower Station is the first hydropower station with one million level installed capacity subordinated to Huaneng Sichuan Energy Development Co.,Ltd.It is necessary to carry out the toplevel design research of smart power plant construction to promote the digital,networked and intelligent development of Yingliangbao Hydropower Station,and enhance its competitiveness,innovation,influence and antirisk ability.The purpose of this paper is to research the establishment of a hydropower intelligent management and decision-making system based on applications such as intelligent operation,intelligent maintenance,intelligent dam,intelligent reservoir,intelligent water regime forecast,intelligent safety,intelligent storage and so on.In this way,the goal of"unattended operation,remote control,information sharing,management and control integration,digital empowerment,and decision-making optimization"can be achieved.
